SENTENCE HEARINGS

Adam Lee McCardle, 35, of 1702 Mercer Ave., Hermitage, pleaded guilty to drunk driving and driving while under suspension by Sharon’s police; impaired driving and traffic violation not prosecuted; sentenced to 9 days to 1 year imprisonment, must attend DUI school, 4 years probation and court costs.

Matthew David Prahm, 33, of 37 Maple Drive, Apartment 1, Greenville, pleaded guilty to theft from a retail business by Hermitage Police; 2 to 4 years of detention and legal costs.

Ashley Marie Robinson, 30, of 15 Jesse Road, Hermitage, pleaded guilty to drunk driving by Grove City Police; endangering the well-being of children and three unsuccessful traffic offenses; sentenced to 90 days of house arrest, 4 years and 9 months probation, must attend DUI counterattack school, 25 hours of community service, fines and court costs.

Malissa Ann Russell, 39, of 14 E. Valcourt, Apartment 3, Grove City, pleaded guilty to state police theft from a retail business; sentenced to 12 months probation and legal costs.

Jessica Lee Shaddinger, 36, of 1012 Washington St., Farrell, pleaded guilty to Sharon’s police charges of endangering the welfare of children, possession of drug paraphernalia and impaired driving; driving under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia; sentenced to 9 to 18 months imprisonment, 5 years probation and legal costs.

Albert Wilson Shollenberger, 52, 319 N. Perry Highway, Mercer, has not challenged charges against police for rape and corrupting the morals of minors; statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault, indecent assault on a person with a mental disability and indecent assault on a person under 16 counts charge not prosecuted; sentenced to 5 1/2 to 11 years’ imprisonment and legal costs.

Raleigh Joe Thompson, 36, of 550 E. Beaver St., Mercer, pleaded guilty to drunk driving charges by police; flight or attempt to escape an officer, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to notify change of address and seven unpreserved traffic violations; sentenced 72 hours of detention, must attend DUI school, 5 months 26 days probation and court fees.

SENTENCE HEARINGS

Shaun Gerold Knight, 51, of Mercer, pleaded guilty to drunk driving and impaired driving during license suspension from the Shenango County police, and to charges of driving under the influence and driving while the state police are suspended; charges of impaired driving, impaired driving with the highest blood alcohol level, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, disregarding the lane of traffic, driving against the traffic , driving on the left side of the road, disobedience, traffic control devices, reckless driving and texting while driving are not prosecuted; sentenced to 10 days to seven years, six months imprisonment, one year probation and court costs.

Timothy Ross Lehman-Fabian, 39, of Mercer, pleaded guilty to a charge of drunk driving by state police; the charges of impaired driving, lane disruption, reckless driving, required turning and signaling, and inappropriate backing were not prosecuted; sentenced to one to seven years’ imprisonment, one year of probation and court costs.

Joshua Joseph Melendez, 22, of Titusville, pleaded guilty to one charge of drunk driving by state police; charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving and exceeding 65 or 70 miles per hour are not prosecuted.

Taylor Rae Perkins, 22, of Braddock, pleaded guilty to flight and evasion from the police and driving without a license; charges of reckless endangerment, vehicle with suspended license, driving a vehicle without the required financial responsibility, lane violation, going 65 or 70 miles per hour, and required cornering movements and signals not prosecuted; drunk driving charge dismissed; sentenced to 18 months probation and legal costs.

Donavon James White, 36, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to criminal attempted theft by deception from the Pittsburgh attorney general’s office; false, fraudulent or incomplete insurance claim charge not pursued; sentenced to 24 months probation and legal costs.

Brent P. Williams, 40, of Warren, Ohio, pleaded guilty to Farrell Police Drunk Driving and Police Escape and Escape charges; the charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and homework at the stop sign were not prosecuted.

Devon Christopher Jemmett, 25, of Kinsman, Ohio, pleaded guilty to drunk driving, recidivism and drunk driving while suspended from Greenville police; drunk driving charges not prosecuted; sentenced to 90 days to one year of detention, four years probation, attend DUI counterattack school, 25 hours of community service and court costs.

Charles A. Bills Jr., 31, of Sharon, did not dispute Sharon’s police assault charge; accusations of strangulation and endangering the welfare of unsuccessful children; sentenced to 60 days imprisonment, four years and 10 months probation and court costs.
