HOUSTON, October 08, 2021– (BUSINESS WIRE) – Contango ORE, Inc. (“CORE” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: CTGO) today announced that shareholders of record at the close of business on September 27, 2021 are entitled to ” be notified and vote at the virtual annual meeting of shareholders of the Company. Shareholders of the Company are invited to attend the virtual annual meeting at https://meetnow.global/MZJUMJX on November 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. CST.

Shareholders will be invited to (i) elect a board of directors to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders, (ii) ratify the appointment of Moss Adams LLP as independent auditors, (iii) ratify and approve, on a non-binding basis, the compensation of officers of the Company; and (iv) grant discretion to the chairman of the annual meeting to adjourn the annual meeting, if necessary, to solicit additional proxies. The shareholders of the Company may cast one vote for each ordinary share they own on the date of registration.
