Shareholders of the Company are invited to attend the virtual annual meeting at https://meetnow.global/MZJUMJX on November 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. CST.
Shareholders will be invited to (i) elect a board of directors to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders, (ii) ratify the appointment of Moss Adams LLP as independent auditors, (iii) ratify and approve, on a non-binding basis, the compensation of officers of the Company; and (iv) grant discretion to the chairman of the annual meeting to adjourn the annual meeting, if necessary, to solicit additional proxies.
